The complete paper (4000 words) with abstract (200 words) should reach the authorities latest by 30th November 2011.
Important: The concept note says that only post graduate students are eligible to send in their papers. (No harm trying though). Update: The conference is now open to undergraduate students also.
Registration fee for students is rupees 500.
