1st prize: 8,000 rupees
2nd prize: 6,000 rupees
3rd prize: 4,000 rupees

The last date for submission of the short fiction essays is 9th January, 2012.
Post graduate students are not eligible for this competition.
Essays should be no shorter than 1500 words and no longer than 3500 words.
